Cancellation & Refund Policy

walpio is a monthly subscription with no setup fee and no long-term contract. This policy explains exactly how cancelling and refunds work.
1. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@walpio.com from your account contact address.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — the service keeps working until then, and you are not charged again.
- Your Meta WhatsApp Business account, number and templates are yours and continue to exist independently of walpio after cancellation.
2. First-month guarantee
If walpio isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms.
3. Refunds after the first month
- Subscription fees for a started billing period are otherwise non-refundable, including for partial months or unused message volume.
- If a verified service failure on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant part of a billing period, contact us — we credit or refund fairly, case by case.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges, or amounts captured for a service that was not activated, are refunded in full. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, via our payment provider (Razorpay).
5. Third-party fees
Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to you under your own Meta account and are outside the scope of this policy.
